We require that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
We do not offer payment plans.

Accepted payments are cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa..

We also accept CareCredit and Pet Assure.  

Nationwide and MetLife offer insurance for exotic pets.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations at the time of your visit. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
